Payment Plan
Sobha City’s payment structure has been kept flexible matching the budgetary and personalized preferences of buyers. The payment structure follows the standard i.e., 20:40:40 in which the first 20 % of the total sum is paid at the time of down payment, 40% during construction stages and the rest 40% at the time of handover.
