Buyers of plots are required to pay 50% of the plot value within the first 12 months of their respective purchases. On reaching this payment milestone, construction can commence and individual unit sales are permitted. The remaining 50% is payable in the next two years. The apartment plots begin from AED 21.5 million with plot areas of approximately 2,035 sqm and buildable areas (GFA) of 6,146 sqm. The limited collection of villa and townhouse plots start from AED 79.5 million. These plots span approximately 23,083 sqm and offer a buildable area of 18,466 sqm and have potential for approximately 59 townhouses.
